What the service is. RankMellow is an SEO analysis service offered as a free, invitation-only beta. No fee is charged and no sale is active.
Access. Access is personal, tied to the invitation you received and to the Google account you use. It cannot be transferred. We may suspend or revoke access in case of abuse or use contrary to these terms.
What you may do. Use the service for sites you own or are authorised to manage, and use the results for your editorial work.
What you may not do. Resell the service, collect data in an automated or bulk manner, attempt to bypass technical limits, use the service for unlawful activity, or submit third-party sites without authorisation.
No guarantee of results. The service provides analyses and suggestions; it does not publish content and does not guarantee rankings, traffic or commercial results. Suggestions are not legal or tax advice.
Availability. The beta is provided as is, without guaranteed service levels. We may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice where possible.
Intellectual property. The software, brand and content of RankMellow remain RankMellow's. Your site data remains yours; you authorise us to process it to provide the service.
Personal data. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy notice.
Governing law. Italian law applies. The competent court is the controller's forum, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
Changes. We may update these terms; the applicable version is the published one.
